Organizational design and structure is an important factor that helps in the success of the company. Good organisation structure and design helps improve communication, increase productivity and inspire innovation within the organization. It creates an environment where people can work effectively. To have an effective organization that have a high performance, the overall organisation design must be aligned with the business strategy and the market environment in which the business operates no matter what strategy the organisation pursues. The structure, however, must support it to be successful. It must also have the right business controls, the right flexibility, the right incentives, the right staff and the right resources.
