Al Mulla Consulting Centre was established in 2014 and managed by Mohammed Khalifa Al Mulla to provide Human Resources consultation services. Founder Mr. Al Mulla has more than 25 years’ experience in Human Resources field. His experience covers private and public sectors with proven successful track in designing Competency-based HRM for both sectors, establishing Grading/Salary Structure, HR Policies and Procedures, conducting Job Analysis and writing Job Descriptions and designing Job Ranking/Classification and Evaluation Programs.
During July 2017, Mrs. Maha Al Mulla joined the Centre as Senior Consultant to provide her expertise in PR & Marketing in the luxury field. Maha studied fashion marketing at French fashion institute Esmod in addition to obtaining certificates in Luxury brand management from London College of Fashion and a marketing degree from the chartered institute of marketing (CIM) to solidify her education in that field. Her experience spans across prestigious companies such as Gucci Middle East, The Richemont Group and Al Tayer Group’s fashion luxury division.
